Master Technicians will receive, along with a certificate of achievement and a leather trimmed baseball cap, a catalog allowing them to choose, order, and customize any number of premium items. NCTI believes this new approach gives Master Technicians a better way to express their achievement in the manner they see fit. With the wide range of items and prices available in the catalog, the Master Technician has much more flexibility and choice.

The catalog offers 11 customizable items, such as a Scheaffer pen, Swiss Army knife, copper mug, shirts, and our highly recognized black and khaki Master Technician jacket. The last page of the catalog shows instructions on how to order. Master Technicians can order by phone, fax, or mail. Personal checks and credit cards are accepted. Only Master Technicians or their Training Coordinators will be able to purchase items from the Master Technician catalog.
